PT Transportation Jakarta (Transjakarta) won three awards at the 2024 ESG Initiative Awards at the Aryaduta Hotel, Central Jakarta, held Thursday (8/8) evening.

The awards are Best Technology Innovation for Sustainability, Best Climate Transition Excellence Leadership, and Best CEO for ESG Initiatives which Transportation Jakarta President Director, Welfizon Yuza, won.

And we realize that the sustainable framework is one of the pillars to ensure that the services provided are sustainable and protect the environment," he expressed, Friday (8/9).

“Clean " means clean transportation services that pay attention to environmental impacts. Empowered means empowering the local economy to grow together with Transjakarta. And Bestari means providing inclusive space within the Transjakarta ecosystem," he explained.
He explained that the ESG Initiative Awards are awarded to public companies assessed as implementing various initiatives to increase positive environmental impacts and create a sustainable system.
"High appreciation and participation to the Jakarta Provincial Government and all customers who are Transjakarta's enthusiasm to keep innovating and providing the best service, as well as having a positive impact on the environment," he stated.
